Home Heart Florida complies with all federal and state healthcare laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark/physician self-referral rules, and Medicaid regulations.
We do not offer or accept any payment, gift, discount, or other thing of value in exchange for referrals. We also do not provide inducements to patients to select our services. Referrals to Home Heart Florida are based solely on clinical need and the patient’s preferences.

Patient choice: Families are free to choose any qualified home health provider. Upon request, we will provide information about other providers in the area. If Home Heart Florida ever has a financial or contractual relationship with a referring entity, it will be commercially reasonable, fair-market value, in writing, and not tied to the volume or value of referrals, consistent with applicable law.
