Founder & CEO
Arianna founded Home Heart Florida to make pediatric home health more supportive and easier to navigate for families. She leads the company with a focus on strong clinical care, clear communication, and building systems that make care at home work better for families, nurses, and caregivers.
Christina
Global Administrator
Christina helps lead daily clinical operations across Home Heart Florida. She works closely with families, caregivers, nurses, and internal teams to keep care organized and make sure families are supported through each step.
Kayla
HR Director
Kayla is responsible for building and supporting the people side of the company. She is a strategic leader and a hands on problem solver. Her team helps the company scale while keeping it compliant and ensuring it attracts, develops, and retains quality caregivers and leaders.
Michelle
Intake Manager
Michelle helps families through the intake and authorization process. She works closely with families, doctors, case managers, and insurance plans to keep the process moving and make sure families understand what comes next.

Patient Engagement & Outreach Manager
Ivana is often one of the first people families speak with. She helps families understand Home Heart Florida’s services, gathers important information about each child’s needs, and makes sure families feel heard from the first conversation.
